Getting started in real estate requires five steps:

1. Attend and pass a certified real estate prelicensing course.

2. Take and pass the North Carolina State Licensing Exam.

Prelicensing Courses

The prelicensing course will provide you with the rudiments of real estate. Your actual sales training begins at the office! Our training encompasses four areas:

• CREATE21 An award winning online training class that provides all the basics from your listing presentation to building your business to working with buyers. Internet-based, you meet live with an instructor and other new agents like yourself from across the nation in a virtual classroom. You can attend from the convenience from your home or the office!

• In-House Video Training Program 22 video modules designed to augment your CREATE21 training. "Agent Fast Start," the first module, is designed to be a springboard to launch yourself into real estate sales.

• Office & Sales Orientation One-on-one training with the Sales Manager on issues of company policy and procedures, agency, and contract writing, etc. This is designed to round out and complete your training.

• Ongoing Consultation & Coaching Got a question? Need someone to bounce some ideas off of? Require some assistance with business development? Our open door policy provides access to assistance so that you can be assured of ongoing support.
